About

Given the precarious security situation in Ukraine, the country is expected to face acute domestic political, economic and social challenges in the coming years. Having access to research outputs with an exclusive Ukraine focus is therefore of critical importance for professionals and the general public alike. For this reason, a sub-platform within the IRSEC Hub website has been created and will gather unique expertise from leading IRSEC Hub partners in Central and Eastern Europe as well as other world’s top think tanks.

It will benefit both organizations and individuals, including researchers, academics, students, government officials, journalists and diplomats, who are interested in the current development and research on Ukraine.

On the IRSEC Hub on Ukraine, you can find:

  • Publications and research papers from
    • IRSEC Hub partner think tanks from Visegrad group, Baltic States and Ukraine;
    • world’s prominent think tanks, e.g. USA, Great Britain
  • E-learning videos – produced by IRSEC Hub partners (e.g. PSSI’s workshops on Security Sector Reform in Odessa, Kharkov and Kiev);
  • Other relevant information
